MVS Poole’s ex Customs launch Avocet recently found herself high and dry (almost!) at Cobbs Quay Marina.
The vessel was lifted from the water in order to undergo a period of maintenance and survey work. As an MVS vessel, she is coded to commercial standards set by the Maritime & Coastguard Agency.
A group of members completed the work over a very wet and windy weekend. Well done to all!
