MaViS
I wish I had a pound for everytime I have been asked why call her Mavis, take the 'A' and the 'I' out and you have the answer. The name sort of seems right as well, she is a bit of a Mavis. She is  our first brand new boat and we are very proud of her.  
 
 
She is the ideal training boat for people who are new to the water, made from moulded polyethelyne the hull is maintenance free, UV stabilised, totally buoyant and virtually indestructable. Fitted with a very quiet four stroke 30hp Honda engine she is both nimble and has a good turn of speed when speed limits and conditions allow. She is also good fun for the more experienced of our members who can often be found running around the minor channels of Poole Harbour becoming familiar with the local area.
